Student Voice Survey

It is time for our Spring Student Voices Survey, which will be administered during the week of April 4-8th. This survey helps us to learn more about student experiences at school. We will be asking students in grades 3, 4, and 5 to give feedback via an online survey. Students in grades k,1,2 will participate via teacher online surveys.

We are asking that all of our students participate in the surveys, as their feedback will provide valuable insights into their experiences and how we can improve and adapt our school to their needs. The information we receive will be confidential. Parents wishing to opt-out of the activity must visit our website and complete the signed opt-out form prior to April 1st and submit it to the school. You only need to fill out the letter if you DO NOT want your child to participate. Your student is important to us and this helps us understand and support your child!
